Return Procedure

Products that are purchased from ALDI stores have a 60 days satisfaction guaranteed policy offered by ALDI Stores. The 60 days is calculated from the date of purchase. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a product or it becomes faulty within this time, you can return it to any ALDI store near you, for a replacement or refund. Please note that you will need to have your original receipt for any returns or warranty claims.

After 60 days, if the product is covered by warranty, we will handle the warranty claim directly. Under the warranty, any faulty parts will be replaced at our discretion. The warranty does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Any personal information we collect here is treated as confidential and is only collected for the purpose of ensuring we provide efficient service to you and to facilitate any improvements in this area.

Warranty Conditions:

The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the consumer has under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar state and territory laws.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please also be aware that rather than repairing goods, we may replace them with refurbished goods of the same type or use refurbished parts in the repair process, or replace the product with a similar product of equal value.

Please be assured though, refurbished parts or replacements are only used where they meet our strict quality specifications.

Please note: If the item is no longer covered under the WARRANTY or a spare part is required due to accidental damages or having been misplaced, a replacement fee may be payable.
